Change Management

 Avoid expensive models like Prosci ADKAR, where its more about their IP than it is about your practical application.  We have been there done that, and give you a straight-forward approach that you can keep.  No extra charges from us! 

Project Management

 As they say, "the devil is in the details".  Projects fail when the wrong people are involved and the details slip through the cracks.  We have run massive projects, nested within large high-stakes programs, and have overcome adversity, on a myriad of project types (Brand launches, manufacturing builds, software launches, etc.) 

Process Improvement

CM, PM, and PI are not three separate categories. They are interwoven disciplines that require savvy coordination.  We can teach LEAN (i.e. Toyota), Six Sigma (i.e. Motorola), or Integrated Lean Six Sigma - hands on of course. Learn & Do. 

Closing gaps demands that we put the right people in the room, with the right data and facts, focused on the right problems, with a well-orchestrated process that fosters the right peope-first conditions to truly solve problems.
