Empowering Organizations to Embrace the Future of Work

What we do

We partner with organizational leaders to help them understand how their workforce will need to adapt in the face of profound change—whether driven by political instability, climate-induced uncertainty, the AI revolution that is accelerating, or other Global forces, we will help you as leaders prepare and gain key insights essential to being able to adapt.

We deliver a comprehensive gap assessment with an action plan that goes beyond surface perceptions—comparing what leaders believe they know, how the workforce feels about what's coming, and what our analysis shows the organization will truly need to thrive. This is not analysis for its own sake; it’s a foundation for decision-making, supported by practical proposals and concrete next steps. From there, we help leadership shape a roadmap to close those gaps—addressing culture, processes, tools, and systems—so the organization can move forward with confidence and resilience in an era of rapid transformation.

Why we are different

With our combined 126 years of professional experience in the room (or online or hybrid!), we can guide your organization through a trusted process resulting in a readiness plan for your workforce to address the massive change that is coming to our working environments and cultures. We have proven ability and techniques to create a "safe" environment for your employees to openly share their concerns, fears, and gaps. We will reveal the true risks and prioritize the best course of action to not only mitigate those risks, but to allow your employees to embrace the inevitable changes that are coming, while staying focused on your core mission, vision, and values.

How we work

Our process is designed to give leadership a clear, unbiased view of workforce readiness—and a practical path forward.

1. Leadership Alignment
We begin by meeting with you and your leaders to understand their perspective: what changes they anticipate, where they believe the workforce needs to adapt, and what success looks like.

2. Workforce Insights
Next, we engage directly with employees through interviews and facilitated sessions —both group and individual. These structured discussions, typically in a one-day workshop format, uncover genuine concerns, fears, beliefs, and perceived gaps, providing an unfiltered view of readiness for change and understanding of what's coming.

3. Readiness Assessment and Plan
Following the workshop(s), we provide a comprehensive readiness assessment that captures the full picture of your organization’s ability to adapt. This includes:

  • Workforce Sentiment Analysis – An honest, unfiltered view of concerns, beliefs, and confidence levels.
  • Gap Identification – Where current capabilities, culture, and processes fall short of future needs.
  • Risk Scenarios – Assessment of potential challenges under different change trajectories.
  • Leadership vs. Workforce Alignment – Insights into where perceptions diverge and why it matters.

Alongside the assessment, you’ll receive a prioritized action plan—a clear set of recommendations and next steps for leadership to decide on and implement. This plan is practical, actionable, and designed to move beyond analysis into meaningful progress.

Our focus is not on training employees in the rapidly evolving skillsets themselves, but on equipping leadership with clarity and actionable insight, from which you decide.  We can then help you take those next steps!
